I didn't say any specific disease. But it's believed that around one billion dollars given to embryonic stem cell research can cure Parkinson's. They don't have enough funds bc the moron in the White House refuses to give them it.

Really, no sh!t? Did you know that you don't exist either? Really! You're just a wayward spirit living on an astral plane in a parallel universe which mirrors reality as myth leading to self denial of ones true being! Really! Go outside and look at the sky. What color is the sky in YOUR world? Some people say blue while others may say black. Even green has been seen. Red skies have been reported as well. My God is real! Maybe one day, eventually, you may come in physical contact with this world and and see things in a different light. Good perception leads to good reception. Hope you have a pleasant journey. Oh and by the way, if you happen to be near Earth watch out for the Space Shuttle, I had sure hate to see it sticking out of your butt.

God is not fake and means a lot to many people. Man created God in his own image because he does not want to die. Most of the wars in history have been fought because people have different beliefs about God. Heaven was to be the Kingdom to replace a repressive Kingdom of Herod which was imposing high taxes and making life miserable for the people. Jesus was not perfect, but he did exist and gave his life for what he believed. Hell is here on earth also, just like the Heaven Kingdom Jesus was trying to create. Our times now are very much like the times when Jesus was alive. We are virtual slaves to big business and government when most families must have both working to just pay the bills.

I believe Jesus existed. What I /don't/ believe is that he's some almighty superior being up in the sky.
Proof is everything. Without it, all you are left with is made-up stories. Like telling a child Santa Claus is real. hense the reason Santa would give out gifts to children. It's a pleasant story and good for children because they have active imaginations and should be able to be excited about something and dream. When they grow up they realize it was just for fun and Santa really doesn't exist.
It would be nice to believe there is a so-called "God", but I can't believe anything without proof. It's not at all factual or relevant to anything. I don't have a religion. I live for me, my family, and my friends. And I'm okay and happy with that :)

Couldn't let this one pass. God is not nor is Jesus fake. Whoever raised you.... if they are through.... must not have instilled in you any "wonder" for how you and all things were created. I don't take the Bibles word verbatim because of translations but it does TEACH one how to live. The 10 Commandments are not suggestions dear.
