beauty, clothes, money, cheerleading, boyfriends.
preps are always the ones u hate yet would give anything to be.
maybe its just because they give that "illusion" that they're nice to everyone and friendly. then they stab each other in the backs.
i guess be yourself and be nice to the preps but dont become one. they're the ones that end up ugly and broke at your 15 year high school reunion.
its better to not be popular than to be labeled as a jerk, backstabber, or boysnatcher.
the important thing in school is to be a great friend. and everyone will love u forever.

But, money doesn't make a person, nor can you buy your friends. Just be you and you'll be much more appreciated and looked up to for that. Not many people feel comfortable being themselves now days, there's always an image to uphold with society. Love you and everything about you. Life is a popularity contest, you just find more mature people when you graduate that won't pass judgement as easily as they did in school. It's all part of life's experiences!

I don't know. I'm supposedly preppy, but I'm also a Biologist, so I don't think I'm all that popular. I just like the clothes, they fit my personality. I think you're just playing into sterotypes!
