I think it is an upset stomach. Really...I don't think it heart related. More nervous tummy type thing. I get it when I'm depressed. My husband knows when I am slipping because I always start pounding the Tums.

its telling you something is wrong and to fix it..... fix the situation in your life.... its a survival instinct because something is literally "killing" you...... your body knows best! its often a response to abuse related depression.
start doing good things for yourself to counteract the bad.
it really wont go away or stop until you do........your body loves you and wants to survive even if "YOU" dont........... so just take its hints... because it knows life will and can get better.............it knows because it was before and it wants that again.
I mean I have felt the same way exactly.. until the chest pains really scared me.so I snapped myself out of it because of fear of a heart attack and started eating healthy and working out.....reading my fave books, buying clothes and hair color...reading the Bible.... chatting on the phone with an old friend helps..............go for a walk, write in a journal. nurture, comfort and pamper yourself. write poetry, of beautiful things. douse yourself in culture!!!! modern and ancient, it helps me to feel connected to along line of beauty when I study ancient greece and europe.
