Then why does he allow children to be murdered, and abortions in the millions/billions to take place, horrors all over the place,
is this part of his will, his 'PLAN"?
If you believe the Lord can be petitioned with prayer, then why can't he have compassion enough for an innocent child to save him?

Our minds fail to be able to even begin to understand the mind of God.Soloman the smartest man to ever live explained it like this.All is vanity , who can know the Lord ? We see a child die He sees a child become one of His Angels free from the world that you explained so well.Your wondering why He doesn't save this innocent child and He is wondering why you can't see that He is.When no one else is willing to take the child He is. Because that's what you and I see.When we avail ourselves of the grace that will lead us to know without a doubt that God is in control and believe no matter what , "all things work to the good for those that love the Lord."Then , we will find direction to deal with these matters effectively because God doesn't like whats going on neither.He is searching for someone to maybe reach out and help somebody who is thinking about getting an abortion,or maybe raise the bar to helping some young boy or girl to stop fornicating and living in sin and start being more responsible.But when we allow these things to overwhelm us and wonder if God is in control.We lose our ability to hear Gods voice and get the direction we need to deal wisely and effectively.This is the devils game to plant these thoughts.Brothers and Sisters fight a good fight and keep the faith.You never know who might come up to you and ask,do you think I should get an abortion ?At that time would you have the grace to answer her the way the Lord would have you to ? Would you have the knowledge to provide an alternative to a young lady who's ultimatum might be to leave her fathers house or get an abortion?This kind of wisdom is not found in the world thats the problem with the world.No this comes through God and we must if we want to change things be at peace with Him.Read James 3:13-18

How can you blame GOD for something like that? If you have any idea what the Bible says, you know it tells us that these things come from the devil, He does have compassion, the child is innocent,the child goes to God, we think of death as a bad thing, but this body is flesh, it holds the spirit, when the body dies the spirit is free. God gives us free will, the devil uses us at his will ,if we let him, and we do most of the time,look at everything going on in the world,If you don`t have christ in your life, the first thing your gonna do is say, well if there is a GOD ,why is he letting this go on? the fact is every child that dies, before it reaches the age of accountability, goes to heaven, So you see he knows what he is doing, he is saving that child from HELL.

These bad things that happen are not God's fault; they are the results of people's bad choices from having free will.
Possibly, these bad people do not believe in God or that God will think their actions are somehow justified. It'll all come out on Judgement day.
God knew the world was bad; so he's sent us Jesus to save us and show us the 'way'. That's why Jesus is part of God's plan.

There are huge bodies of religious theory, especially in Catholicism, asking these types of questions. Generally it boils down to "God works in mysterious ways" "We have no right to question God". You also have to consider that if you are religious these deceased children are immediately transported to some form of the afterlife, and depending on religious belief, find everlasting paradise. 1 hour of pain during death for a child for an eternity of paradise is arguably compassionate.

you have to remember, if you believe what the Holy Bible says, that the prince ( ruler) of this evil world we are living in is the devil, he causes things like that to happen, we might not understand it, but everything goes according to God's will, God does have compassion, I don't undertsand why he allows things like that to happen, but we can not question God, people who do things like that have nothing to do with God, it is of the devil, he is the prince of this world. God gives people a choice to do right or wrong, some people chose to do wrong,

God have us dominion of the earth! God is looking back at you and I and wondering the same thing...why don't you do something...why do they allow this. If God came into every single problem that man had we wouldn't live a very free life with free will.
2nd: God does intervein when we ask...does he do it exactly as we wish no...he has a bigger plan...we must trust God with the answers...he knows. I don't know why my brother died when I was 11 and he was 12...but I know God knows...and I trust him with this

If the child is innocent, God does save them, no prayer required.
Remember that God is aware of the deeds of the child in his previous life. That child may have been an abortionist. What is God to do?

We can pray with faith believing for the answer. We have to pray as a Christian according to His will. Its Gods will for us to prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers for instance.
