Make sure she gets into a vet on Monday to find out what is wrong. And it sounds like there is something wrong.
I think the workup you need is not best done by an emergency vet and that would be very expensive. She would just be transferred to your regular vet on Monday for a workup anyway.
You can tell if she is dehydrated by lifting the skin at the scruff of her neck. If the skin snaps quickly back into place she is OK, if it is slow to go back into place she could use fluids and the emergency vet would do that this weekend. Running your finger over her gums can tell if she needs fluids -- if the gums feel 'tacky" if she is dehydrated.
She sounds really ill and I would spend the money on the emergency vet if it would make you feel better about her.

There is no way anybody on here could tell you what is wrong with your cat. From your description, it could be any of a million things. Depending many factors (age, indoor vs. outdoor kitty, vaccine history, overall health... plus many other things your vet would know or find out with a thorough history) tests may be needed, it could be something simple, or something very serious. Call your vet.

It's a sure sign of illness. I am afraid you will have to take her to the vet for a proper diagnosis. Hopefully, it's just an infection of some kind that will be easily cleared up. Good luck.

It could be something serious. Take her to the vet today. If you can't find a vet which is open, take her to an emergency veterinary clinic.
