You should try something that's OTC such as : Tylenol Rapid Release (500mg), Excedrin Migraine, or Excedrin Tension headache. If all else fails, go see your doctor.

Hope you feel better soon!

I get migraines a couple of times a year.

!. Take shower run hot hot water and let hit base of neck - then switch to cold and then change again. It contrats the blood vessels.

2. Also sometimes I will take aspirin at the same time

3. Lay down with no light - usually gone within an hour

Have you taken any ibuprofen or tylenol or anything? If not, take some. And I also suggest having someone massage your head or even your feet. (yes- your feet! Those pressure points in your feet can relive head aches. It's crazy but it's true) I would take some benedryl or something to knock you out. That way you can sleep through the head pain. If it's still like this in a couple of days, I would see a doctor. Maybe there's something they can tell you or give you. Hope you feel better!

If you weren't drinking alcohol last night, taking a couple of tylenol or asprin, and resting/taking a nap in a dark, quiet room should stop it before it becomes too bad. Headaches that come after drinking are usually related to dehydration. If that's the case drink plenty of fluids, then the tylenol and nap.

Take extra strength Tylenol. Make a Dr. appointment. The Dr. might send you to a Neurologist. The Neurologist will examine you and maybe send you to get an MRI. I get migraines. I got an MRI and it was normal, so I take a migraine medication my Neurologist prescribed me Tylenol doesn't work for me. Good Luck!

If it truly a migraine, you need a script from the Doc to make it go away, regular over the counter stuff just don't work, unless it is just a headache.

Sit still in a quiet room, relax. let the tension come and go. pills arent your answer, they are a mask to cover up your real problem of stress or a life crisis. Change what your feeling, cope with the tension. Lay down, drink some chamomile tea. its not about pills for a immediate cure to lifes ills, it managing them. Peace.

Take some extra strength tylenol and get into a dark room. Or some extra strength asprin. Stay in the dark room till you fell better.
