You will find my answers in the "Concept of Rational Spirituality" and on the page "What is Spirituality" on the Dhaxem website.

It would be too long to reproduce it here. But take your time, and a new world unfolds before you.

Actually I'm not concerned with the mystery of the universe. I am forcusing here on out on my life as it is in the present. I look forward to each day as a blessing and no longer critique others in what they may want or not. I am hoping to attain the highest level of happiness and love by giving up on hoping for what is not attainable. If it comes my way naturally, I will be forever grateful for the blessing bestowed upon me. peace & love~p~

The mystery of the universe is wondrous to savor but need not entail spirituality, religion or the mystical - intellectual contemplation is all that's required.

I think what happened is that my defintion of 'spirituality' sort of got swallowed up in everything else and I don't bother to separate it out anymore. It's a part of psychology, which is also strongly influenced by physiology (nutrition, neurobiology, etc.) and society.

Other people like to make the distinctions, so I'll play along in order to talk to them.
