I love coffee and it HAS to be my morning choice to get me going. There is nothing better in this whole world than a fresh cup of hot coffee when you rise! It gets the sleep out of your eyes and puts the ''ready to go in your step out to tackle the new day". Don't get me wrong I do like tea, it's for that afternoon pick me up, like the British say ''Want a cup-a tea?" Hope I was of some help to you.

Green Tea

I'm British, so, tea for me please! I fill up a thermos flask so I can drink it whenever I like, and I take about 2 1/2 litres a day.

I used to take black tea, with milk and lots of sugar, but it was hurting my teeth, so I cut down on sugar. Now I'm a student, I don't take milk in my own home, because it's too expensive and keeps going off... I also changed to Rooibos tea- it has no caffeine, and lots of antioxidants in it. The rate I drink tea at means it runs out quickly though, so if I'm out I'll take black tea instead... If there's no tea of any kind left? I hope that day never comes...

Tea. The only thing I like about coffee is that it smells good. Of course, since I'm from Texas, my version of tea is actually just iced tea with a little packet of Sweet N Low with ice!

A large mug with 2/3 hot black tea and 1/3 2% milk, no sugar. I have been drinking this for four decades. It started when I was two years old. I would cry for my older sister's hot tea. She would put a splash of hers in my milk glass to get me to hush. Over time it became more than a splash. Oh, by the way, I'm not from England.

Tea, because I can drink it plain and I "must" put sweetener and oodles of creamer in my coffee. I'm still looking for the strongest breakfast tea- right now I'm drinking an Assam.

Coffee, it gives me my get up and go, whereas tea is a calming and relaxing drink which is not what I need when I wake up.
