We have a very good relationship but cannot organize her things on her side of the bed? How do I convince her? Our apartment is 800 sq feet.

Perhaps you can't. We all have different personalities that work together, in a partnership or a team. It may be the case that neatness and order is part of your personality, but not of hers.
This is not a bad thing, as it may be the very things about her personality you love, that make her feel it is not important. For example she may be spontaneous, creative and free spirited, and find a tidy bedroom is low on her list of priorities.
Similarly she must love things about your personality that you bring to the relationship.
Thats what makes for a great relationship, knowing each other well enough to work as a team.
Although mostly applied to Career choice, "Myers, Briggs" typology goes some way towards explaning different personalities. Give the test (link below) a try for fun. But don't take it to seriously.
When you disagree with your partner don't think of it as something that she needs 'convincing' to change her mind. Think of it as an opportunity to share ideas, with each other, learning more about what makes you love each other. Because the most important 'issue'; is love.

good luck on that one! I would suggest you get her something big with a lid on it and let her know you dont care if its organzied in her "big box" or not but it needs to be all in there and not on the floor. hopefully she will get sick of digging through it clean up her act.

ok well you should talk to her about it then if she needs help helf her the first time then show her how to keep her space nice and neat

Get her a dresser and desk and hamper for dirty clothes to go into.
