I am starting this diet tomorrow and would like to hear anyone's success stories.

you have to have extremely strong willpower to successfully complete that diet. in the days before i started it, i cut my calories way down so it would seem so drastic. the first couple days were the hardest. i was too weak to exercise. by day 4 i was fine. i'm pretty sure i did cheat once during the diet but i still managed to lose 8 pounds in 7 days.

I tried it last weekend and did it for three days before I gave up. I didn't mind it but I need variety in my life, I get bored easily. I felt good when I was on it, even if it were for a few days. :)
