Girl....if he really wants you and knows how you feel about him and both of you are in love. He should be there already.

If you're willing to go through the troubles and complications of long-distance relationships, then go right ahead, if you're truly certain about loving and being with this man. Keep in touch and see how it goes. If the road gets bumpy, pull to the side for a second and think things through. Ask yourself, "Do I really like/love him this much to blahblahblah...?" and stuff like that. I know someone close to me who has a relationship with a guy in Italy, and she lives in the middle of the U.S. They've had their troubles and their complications, but still they persist to keep in touch with each other and strive to maintain their relationship. That is a true sign of wanting to be with another so badly that you would put up with all that; that is true love. Love isn't true if you don't pursue your lover to the ends of the Earth, whether he/she resents you or not. For example: you meet a guy in California, but know your life is better without him, although you know he really truly loves you from the bottom of his heart. You take an express train all the way to Maine for all you care, and the instant the train doors open, you see him standing there, doubled-over, panting, with a smile on his face. That is a true example of pursuing true love. Good luck with your long-distance relationship! I hope it works out for you. ^_^

i'm in a long distance relation right now - it is soooo hard - but with internet and 2-way radios it is managable. There definately is a huge trust factor. If you are not already in a serious relation then I think i would look a little closer to home if i was you-it is very very difficult and expensive not only to see each other but to communicate with 2-ways, cell phones, telephones etc.
