You could have an upper respiratory infection and/or allergies - could be a blocked ear canal causing the auditory sensation. Sort of like hearing the ocean in a seashell..

go to a doctor and get ur blood pressure checked it might be high or u could be developing a clot but in any event get to a doctor

You may have an aneurysm (blood dilation in the internal carotid artery) near the brain as that artery is passing through your temporal bone (ear bone). Please see a Doc at once.
