Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.
Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read fitness magazines, like Shape and Fitness for motivation and tips.
Good luck and stick at it.

Unfortunately, some people just have that pear body type, with a bigger lower half. It is hard to fight genetics.
Are you doing any strength training? Weight lifting can help you firm and tone those areas so they will look better. It is incredibly difficult for women to get overly bulky from weight training, so don't worry about that. Use slightly lighter weights and do more repetitions with them.
Also, try yoga or pilates. These are excellent at increasing flexibility and lengthening muscles. Pilates was originally designed for dancers and can really help give you a long, lean look.

Aren't your waist/hips small enough now? I mean if you used to weigh 200lb, surely this is a brilliant achievement to be 115lb. Do you think maybe you are becoming obsessive about being skinny?
I'm not surprised your husband is concerned, you don't need to be any slimmer. You are a size 4 which is fantastic, why do you want to become a walking skeleton? It doesn't look healthy, especially on a grown woman. Please stay as you are, but try toning up with weight training as well as your cardio. Take care : )

try weight lifting. you gain muscle and weight but it also tones and takes off hard to reach fat deposits and gives you a nicer body form. Also with weight lifting you should do yoga to give your body long lean muscle not the bulk look. Good luck and congradulation on loosing so much body fat. PS you don't have to use anymore than 10 pounds to get the perfect body, just enough to tone and make sure you take at least 1 day off a week.

Congratulations on the awesome weight lose!
Try crunches, biking, etc. Cardios great but now you want to target the lower areas and turn the fat to muscle thus making those areas smaller.
Sounds to me like your well proportioned already.

Try doing lower body workouts like lunges, squats and leg raises (abduction and adduction, which work both the inner and outer of each leg). These will strengthen the muscles in the bottom half which should make you look leaner.

Congratulations...on the weight loss! I'm sure you're aware of this but I'll say it anyway...you can't lose your bone structure!
You sound like you are a tiny person...maybe it's psychological & you're still seeing yourself as an overweight person.
