Alot of these are not in the US, and some get these drugs from other countries where they are cheap and legal. The ones that are charge dearly for the drug and for the "consultation" (questionnaire asking enough info to give a general diagnosis and prescribe and CYA purposes).

Diagnosing and prescribing a medication without seeing the patient and conducting a thorough exam is unprofessional and unethical, going against proper medical protocol.

Controlled Substances Act (CSA) enacted by Congress specifies the manufacture, and distribution of scheduled drugs (Schedule I, II, III, IV). Those with the highest abuse potential are limited in the number of refills in a certain period and I think whether or not they can be shipped thru the mail.

Many times those ads are comparing their HERBAL mixture to do the same as those drugs.

Other times, they have a physician on staff, and you have to go through a questionnaire, and they "diagnose" your need, and then that Doctor writes the prescription.

Obviously your best choice is to go to your own physician, and get the prescription. Then you can buy whereever you choose.
