At 14 you should be in the middle of puberty during which time your height, weight and other dimensions can change drastically in a few months. The average 14 year old girl is 5 foot tall and weighs about 100 lbs.

There is no correct weight and height for a 14 year old. What matters is that they are a healthy weight for their height. When I was 14 , I was 5'2 and weighed 95lbs.. and I was healthy. When my husband was 14, he was 6'1 and weighed 185 lbs.. and he was healthy. Height is height, and you can't change what someone's height is or is going to be.. but there are unhealthy weights for certain heights.. what is his/her height? Then you can be told what the healthy weight range is.

There is no correct height or weight for a 14 year old. You are going through puberty and you will be growing upwards and outwards in funny growth rates sometimes getting a little puppy fat and sometimes getting a little skinny as your body adjusts to everything.
It should sort itself out by the time you are 18.
