There is no correct answer to this. Each person, male or female, hits their growth spurt differently, and our ultimate height is controlled by our genetics. We have a bit more control about our weight, although our basic metabolism is partially controlled by genetics. To figure out if you're in a good height-weight range, check the link below.

There is no correct height for any age group! Some people are tall, others are short. It just IS.

As far as weight goes, you are most likely still growing and so that can fluctuate. Most people will put on a few extra pounds before they go through a growth spurt.

If you really think that your weight is not proportional to your height, schedule a check-up with your doctor and talk to him or her about it. They can best tell you what weight would be appropriate, based on your body type, family, etc.

Right now, focus on developing healthy habits. Go outside and play sports or ride your bike. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats. Skip the fast food and sugary treats.

You'll be just fine!

I coach an Under 14 rugby team, so they will be starting to turn 14 from now on. They range from just under 6', down to about 5'2". Weights vary from 14 to 8 stone. They are all very fit and active.
