they come out bangin on the grill and are alot healthier you can buy the big bags of the pre seasoned 1s usually about $4 per lb or you can buy the plain wings for about $1.25 per lb and then get a bottle of hot sauce put them in a container with a lid and shake them around. both are good, when you do them with the hot sauce their just messier, but u can put in crushed red pepper to make them hotter or what ever seasonings u like

Buy drummettes fried already or fry them yourself by rolling in milk bath then flour seasoned with pepper. Melt real butter and add a bottle of your favorite hot sauce. pour over cooked chicken and serve. Add salt to sauce mixture if u want after tasting.

Bake the wings until they are done. Mix together tobasco sauce and honey (half and half or to taste). Put in a big bowl, mix sauce with wings. Serve with bleu cheese dressing. yummy
