well, if we had more info we could help 'diagnose' it. :)
What is the color, how big is it, where on the nose is it, does it bleed, does it hurt, does it itch, does it have pus coming out of it, how long have you had it etc. The questions are endless. :)
Try looking on a dermatology website and look at their pictures and see if any of them look like your mark on your nose.

Well you could try blowing your nose with Kleenex tissues. If that doesn't work have a good wash.
