Give your hostess a basket filled with bathsalts, hand creme, perfumed talc, a nice scented candle, bath oil. She has a toddler and a newborn, wouldnt it be nice if her hubby could look after them while she has a nice long hot soak in the bath relaxing after being run ragged all day with youngsters. (put in some choclates or her favorite candy too)

Go down the baby aisle at a warehouse club, and get some cute toddler food thing. If you can't find that get one of those baby bottles filled with bibs and washcloths. They sell these in most stores that sell baby clothes.
