I once heard of a loophole but i dont know if its been closed yet.Did they send a form through the post asking if it was you driving the vehichle. You can freely admit it was you driving it at the time but when you post it off do not sign it.By signing it you are adding your mark and thats one thing they can not make you do.I think i remember something about them sending it out again asking you to sign, but you dont have to sign, they cant make you.Its like you're signing a confession,if your names not on it its not worth the paper its written on.Hope this is of help,do further checks if you can.

I'm a delivery driver too. Been so for 13.5 years, have not picked up a speeding offence ever! So i have to object to you saying you got the ticket 'thru your job as a stressed delivery driver'.
Bloody well slow down and stop being a danger to other road users. And i'm sorry, but, I do hope your license is revoked, one less muppet on the roads!

Why should you be looking for a loop hole.
Be a man and stand up to be counted, and shown what an absolute nutter you are when driving.
You drove through a red light at speed and could have caused some innocent person their life, and you are looking for a loop hole to get off, you moron.
I hope you have your licence revoked for a long period and at least our roads will be a little safer with another arsehole off it.

There may be photographic evidence of your vehicle going through the lights, have you seen it and does it clearly show you driving.Do not admit anything till you have seen the evidence that the police intend to use against you.

Sorry but, 9 points and you still ran a red light!...You cannot have the ticket as it will take you to 12, so you will have to go to court as only a court can disqualify you!

unless you can find a friend who is willing to take the points for you, i would say no.
my sister in law got her father to take 3 points by saying he was driving.
