I imagine since you posted this an hour ago and you had to leave in 10 minutes that you found them. Will you update us on where they were? My guess is that you left them in your jacket from last night. You put them in there after you opened the door so you could carry your stuff inside. Am I right? Am I right?

Inside your key is a transmitter connected to a WORM.
It is detectable with the right equipment.
Visit your local Maplin and ask if they have a gadget to recognise where it is. A bit like a bug detector.
Go now they open to 5-30pm

did you throw them down somewhere when you walked in your house last? check down the side of your sofa or under that pile of paper on your table (assuming there is).
