Sex can and is so many things that sometimes it can no be explained. Sex bounds you with the people you have it with for the rest of your life, no matter if it was good or bad. Have you ever noticed how you will randomly think of someone you had sex with out of the blue? That is because the two(or three, four or the roomfull of people) have pyschically, emotionally and mentally have bonded. You have shared something with them that many other people will never have a chance of experinceing with you. This bond even becomes stronger when a child(ren) are concived. Now you are connected with this person because you have created a life together that wil go on and effect the world in some way and share their bond with other people.
Sex is also done because it feels good. Besides humans, dophins are the only other creature in the world that has sex for pleasure only. That is because of the sensations we get before during & after. None of us can lie, when it is done the way we like it, sex is great to have!!! Instead of reading this answer right now, I know that everyone would rather be having mindblowing sex. Nothing is wrong with that, it's natural. Even though soicety in the most part frowns on those who enjoy and liek to have it as much as they can, but i digress.
There is also something about sex that frees us from the world around us when we have it. All of our stress, pain and our worst thoughts seem to leave us even for just that moment when we embrace it. During that time, no matter how short or how long, people feel appricated and cared for and who does not liek to feel like that all the time? I know i do, but you can not have sex 24/7. You will never be at work and you will always be tired! LOL
In conclusion, sex should be meaningful for the most part, you should enjoy it and you should embrace the feelings you get when you think about it and when you have it. If you also express these fellings to the person you are with when you are not having sex, it can ony get better over time.
