Coloring books and crayons! Anything artsy and not messy is great for kids.

What I do is ask the mother what would they like or need, so that they will get exactly what they want. If the mother was going to buy that certain gift, not only will the boys get what they want but you will have saved their parents some money. It has always worked for me.

Whatever you decide, get exactly the same thing, or simply take them to a store and let them pick it out.
