I have personally cook tons of ribs and this work better then anything else that I have used. They also sold great at a Sports Bar that I used to manage.

Make a sauce using BBQ sauce and water with a small amount of liquid Smoke. This sauce will be very runny but that is OK. place the ribs on a sheet tray and pour the sauce over the ribs. Wrap the whole thing in foil and place into a pre-heated 250 degree oven for 3 hours. The ribs will be so tender that you will be able to PUSH the bones out with your fingers. Let them cool down a little and then place the face down on your grill to get your grill mark, paint with your favorite BBQ sauce and flip them over and paint the other side as well. Enjoy!

As you can see from the above recipes, cooking times can differ - but essentially the method is the same.
Bake ribs at low temperature first, for as long as it takes (rub ribs with salt and pepper first), covered. Then brush with your favourite sauce, and bake a further 30 minutes, uncovered, to caramelize the sauce and brown the ribs.

I used to boil them first, but I found it messy.
Nowadays I just bake them for 1 hour at 300F - then (upto 4 hours later) I cook them at 400F brushed with BBQ sauce.

250 degrees for 3 and a half hours in a foil covered baking dish. Carefully place them on hot grill for about 15 minutes for flavor.
This is how I make my baby back ribs. They'll slide off the bone when you're done

Try rubbing with dry rub, grilling for 5 minutes each side before baking. then mix 1 bottle of beer with 1 cup of barbecue sauce, put ribs and beer mix in a foil grilling bag. bake at 350 for 2 hours.

The lower the temp and the longer the time, the better. but if you are limited in time then about 3 hours @ 275 degrees should do it. Secret trick to most tender ribs possible is to slice up citrus fruit and put it on top the ribs in your roaster. Lemon or orange slices, doesn't really matter. Then take them out, slap on your favourite sauce and fire them on the bbq for about 10 minutes.

I bake mine in a roasting pan with about a cup od water on 325 degrees for about two hours until just almost done but not quite. Then I take them out and put them on the grill and slather them with bbq sauce and let them finish cooking about another hour. Yum!

first rub them with salt, pepper.garlic powder and any other spice you like.then wrap them in foil and place in a baking pan(for leaks) then cook at 225 for 1/2 hour per pound of meat then you can finish off on the grill or just open the foil and spread them out and brown them in the oven another 20 min.

If you will be baking from raw,

wrap in foil, rub them, place in 200 degrees for about 3 or 4 hours, them grill them.

you will see the meat shrink up on the bone a bit, if you'd like
you can turn them over every hour.

enjoy.
