There is not much he can do unfortunately.. Airlines do not divulge this information..he should just try having them paged at the airport.. if they are there, they will pick up a courtesy phone...he can try both airports.

i'd not hassle too a lot, you're for sure no longer drowning too badly. besides the undeniable fact that, when you're taking a flight, may I propose you no longer. everybody hates the crying little ones, the coughing a holes, and the persons who turn the gentle on so it hits you completely so that you may't get some close eye. Do everybody a want and do not make a flight depressing for the undesirable guy who has to sit down down interior of 20 ft of you.

have him go to the service counter and have them paged. They won't tell you if they were on the flight due to security measures
