No chicken or mayo! Deli meats usually have preservatives and they'll be fine. The Italian dressing salad idea is good. Also with that stacked sandwich try a muffaletta spread (with olives and garlic). To die for. Keep them all in a cooler to be safe in the summer sun.

Try something eastern and oriental for your picnic when you
go fishing with your friends. They are as follows:-
1. "Nasi Lemak" - steamed coconut-milk rice with sliced
cucumbers, 1/2 egg (hard-boiled shell removed), deep-
fried anchovies with cut onions in mild chili sauce and
fried chicken breast (1 piece per person). All this place
in a lunch box for 1 person. (Make 2 for 2 persons).
2. "Rojak" - cut and sliced fruits like papaya, mangoes,
turnips, pineapples etc. mixed together in a dark, sweet,
thick peanut sauce for taste. It's very refreshing to eat.
The ingredients are easily available at any local supermarket
and if you can't find the right one, you can substitute it with
other types to make it interesting. I hope you may try it in the
picnic.

Well a picnic, is planned, so youl have a place to eat, and carry things with you, or is it quik, fix and eating while fishing finger foods? Heres a recipe I bring on camping trips. Munch anytime of day. We are always comign and going, and stay very well
PICNIC PASTA SALAD ITALIANO
1/2 (16 oz.) box med. macaroni shells
1/2 (16 oz.) box pasta ruffles
1/2 (16 oz.) box tri-color rotini pasta (spinach, tomato, etc.)
4 oz. pepperoni, sliced thin and cut into strips
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1 c. sliced black olives
2 sm. zucchini, cut into cubes and blanched
3 Italian tomatoes, seeds removed, diced
2 carrots, shredded
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) bottle Wishbone olive oil classics Italian dressing
Cook pastas according to package instructions. Drain, rinse and allow to cool. Reserve Mozzarella, Parmesan and Italian dressing. Toss all other ingredients in large salad bowl. Add 8 oz. of Italian dressing and toss. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Just before serving (or leaving for the picnic!), add the Mozzarella, Parmesan and remaining 8 oz. Italian dressing. Toss thoroughly and enjoy!
Try some fried chicken, or sandwiches are always easy.
TUNA PICNIC HERO
1 or 2 crusty French breads
2 cloves of garlic
Oil and vinegar
7 oz. can of tuna
Grated carrots
Salad greens
Cucumbers
Olives
3 hard boiled eggs
Cut bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out bread dough and put in salad bowl. Add grated carrots, salad greens, olives and tuna to the bread dough. Toss all with oil and vinegar dressing.
Rub inside of bread crusts with garlic cloves. Drizzle with oil and vinegar.
Add salad bowl mixture to empty crusts and top with hard boiled eggs sliced. Put top back on and be ready to picnic.
( these stay well too, if you wrap with saran wrap, and let sit , they will saty together very well, and no mayo to spoil.)
Take favorite cut up chicken parts and place in foil lined baking pan, skin side up. Brush Italian Wishbone dressing over each piece. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting with more dressing every 20 minutes. When outer parts of chicken is golden brown and chicken is tender to fork touch, remove and serve. Garnishing with paprika during cooking adds color
( I tyr to keep things simple, and themed, with the flavors), If you work all day you dont want things , to do when youget back so do everything night before.) Its all cold, and ready to grab with fishing rods and beat it. Enjoy and just think, you wil be cooking fish tomorrow night.

Make sandwiches without mayo because mayo can spoil in the heat. Fry chicken, make some brownies. Take some wet wipes so that when you decide to eat your hands won't smell like bait.
