Try to make eye contact and smile. If she doesn't smile back, it means "No, I'm not interested" Unless she looks again and smiles the second time, the first time may have been a nervous look-away. Usually a smile indicates..."Ok, you can come talk to me to see if I like you". If she starts getting TOO quiet or looks around, that body language means "Oh, I hope another guy talks to me and doesn't think this LOSER is my bf".

Often times attractive women know they are attractive as we get hit on all the time, so dont just walk up and start in about how she looks, we already know that is what drew you to us, comment on something else, if you are at the grocery store and she is buying an ingrediant for a meal spark up a convo on that, if you are at a bar/club and there is a song playing commetn on that, but dont initiate it with her looks, you can eventually tell her she is beautiful, but dont start with that.......we get sick of hearing it, and want someone who wants to know more than just what they see. Oh and if she does not appear to be interested dont push it to far, try a little, but dont push it know when to just move on!

Depending where you are the best thing is to go over introduce yourself and invite her for a drink. Of course you need self confidence to do that. But don't come on too hard. Be yourself and you will be successful.
The first you may be nervous but you can gain confidence by trying.

Just be confident. Even if she isn't interested she'll appreciate the flattery. You move on if she's not responding the way you want her to. There are too many women to choose from to just be hung up in one that doesn't bite the bate.

Just go up to here and introduce yourself to her you can never go wrong with that tell her how attractive she is and that you would like to take her out
