The only side effects would be any that the honey might cause. For most people, honey wouldn't be a problem.

the sugar in the honey negates the benefits of drinking water. if you're going to be drinking sugar anyway you may as well have soda. there's no side effects to drinking water with honey though.

Well drinking water itself is good for your skin but i never heard drinking with honey doing any different.

Not if you're diabetic or allergic to it. Remember, it has calories too. It might not be a good idea if you're trying to loose some.
