In tip -top condition you are looking at paying around £3.500. A Traveller(estate) around £4.500 and the convertible, in excess of £5.000. The earlier cars are not very practical for todays roads. They only had 803cc under the bonnet, and it struggles. The last ones had the 1098cc, still no ball of fire, but will plod along at 65mph all day. There are a lot of upgrades that you can do from dropping in the 1275cc from the MG. This can be tuned to give very respectable performance, to the Rover V8.
