I think that if I started answering your question, it would take me all day and night to finish! Almost any food can be 200 calories or less, it just depends on how big of a portion that you are eating.
The best low-calorie foods to eat are fresh fruits and vegetables. A serving of lowfat yogurt is generally around 100 calories and will provide you with an excellent source of calcium. Lean proteins, like chicken and most fish, can also be at that calorie count.
Check out the website www.fitday.com-- they have an extensive database of nutritional information, and you can track your daily food intakes (as well as fitness and weight goals).

Usually 3/4 cup cereal with skim milk, soy milk, or almond milk is less than 200 calories. Half of a grilled chicken breast is less than 200 calories (the foods that I am listing are around 180 or 190, because it sounds like you want foods that are AROUND 200 cal). 1 Cup of yogurt is around 150 or 160, frozen yogurt as well which is great because it's a yummy treat. Try going on this website, it has calorie counts for EVERYTHING:

I love to eat Luna Bars or Slim Fast meal bars because they are around 200 calories and they provide protein and vitamins, etc. That can be your whole meal two times a day. I've lost a lot of weight that way, and my body is getting the nutrients it needs.

There are some really good protein bars on the market, many under 200 calories that taste very good. Try those or eat fruit.
