Just keep talking to her and motivate her to think optimistically about it. Tell her the more she worries, the worse it's gonna be. Pray with her, this always helps me. It may take the load off her chest. Remind her of the consequences when she gets stressed, that's not a good feeling to get those migraines. Tell her to keep her head up, she'll do fine.

u did`nt say why the tooth is being pulled out. a second molar at 12 years is to be maintained unless it is grossly decayed.
ur daughter may get restless due to fear of getting the tooth pulled out.. Ask ur dentist if a Calcium Hydroxide pulpectomy can be done to save the tooth.
By the way is ur dentist a Pediatric specialist?
Please check these details.

Forgive me for asking, but are YOU stressed out? The way you have phrased your questions with all CAPS and multiple !!!!!!! makes it seem that you are.

Children can tell when their parents are worried about things. If your daughter is picking up your fears, she will be afraid also. Let her know the dentist is there to help her, not to hurt her. Show her by your voice, body language, and attitude that there is nothing to fear from the dentist.

Also, please listen to Dr.Tom - is there any alternative to removing that tooth?

Ask your dentist to prescribe Valium 5 mg for your daughter. Steal the pill and take it yourself. Get your spouse to take her to the appointment.
