Its difficult for me to donate blood plasma because the veins in my arm are hard to see. I passed their tests and did end up with $100 over two weeks. Only the most experienced ones could find a vein and some of them treated me as if it was my fault somehow. I drank lots of liquids before I came (no caffeine). Are there any tips or tricks for making my veins more visible? Or other ways to make a little extra money?

Not just liquids you need to drink lots of water!
Ask them to use a butterfly needle...it works better with hard to find veins.
But do not donate too often...it can be hard on your system!
But thanks for wanting to help out others by donating.

Your veins needn't be visible but they need to be felt. Don't be too hard on yourself. Lots of people have difficult veins. It is a good thing to drink lots of water always, not just when you want to donate blood. Water and iron supplements will help you replace the blood you lost. Try to relax when you're about to be venepunctured because anxiety too makes it more difficult to bleed a person. In my country, we are not paid to donate blood in a bid to put off "risky" donors. If you're only doing it for the money, why don't you just find a part-time job of some sort to help you make ends meet? Whatever you decide to do, good luck!
