Frequent masturbation is okay. As a matter of fact, more people masturbate regularly than they actually let on.
It's healthy, it's easy, and you can roll over and fall asleep afterwards and not have to worry about being called insensitive.

I came to know about your dilemma in continuing or leaving the habit. I am not rough enough to say it is a sin. Actually it can be defined as a sensual outburst of a male without disturbing others. It depends on your physique, if you are weak and skinny please have it in less frequencies. You may involve yourselves in listening good music, going for gym, swimming and other entertainments.In summary, if you have clean habits in your early part of your life you will have the pleasure for the entire span of your life. Be particular in how frequently you do it. Avoid loneliness, this is the solution for the problem.

Part one is a misuse of commodity, as people felt that man had a finite amount of seed and he shouldn't go wasting it
Part two is a concern about a self-love and gratification.
The sex drive is very powerful and needs to be attended to.

Masturbation is just another of life's temptations. If you're not succumbing to temptations of power, of money, of food, of lust, etc, etc... then you'll be pleasing to God. Make no mistake about it, all worldly indulgences are contrary to God. In it's purest form, sex should only be shared between two people that love each other.
Why do we have to deal with temptations? Because we turned from God many years ago and this is the price of sin. The free will we gained separated us from God and introduced us to a world that allows us to either choose God or not.
Choosing God will mean you accept his judgement on you and that you agree that man's mistake years ago is the reason for all our sufferings. But, even though we are all separated from God because of our choice, he offers us a gift. Gods gifts asks that we accept His teachings given to us through his Son Lord Jesus. By accepting His teachings, we agree with Him and recognize that we need to keep turning away from our evil tendencies. Masturbation is one of many and it's danger lies in our failure to acknowledge the sanctity of our mind and body. The act may seem innocent at first but any sin continuously indulged will bring a man to his knees....if he's fortunate enough to receive a chastisement from God. If the person is not so fortunate, he'll die in his sins and the reality of a life filled with a multitude of choices made that were contrary to God will be over-whelming for his soul. The soul will understand everything at this point and will know that life long choices mean that it cannot be with God. There will be no sense of unfairness for anyone because the cumulative effect of those choices will be as clear as day. Seeing how unimaginably beautiful He is, yet knowing that we never chose Him and believed in His teachings, would be the tragedy that God is pleading with us to avoid.
God is literally begging you to chose His way, but in his amazing perfection.....He will never force anyone to follow him, he respects your choice too much. Because we are from Him, he does give us all a conscience that holds His moral absolutes. You're free to choose your will and let your God given conscience become more and more blinded by the world.
Or, you can accept the deplorable state your in (like the rest of us) and take refuge in His gift. When you accept this gift He'll help you even more to stay on the right path and when you work hard to turn away from sin, He will bless you in ways that will make your heart soar. You'll be able to bear all earthly sufferings, be it temptations, physical/emotional pain because he'll reveal the Truth to you. A person that is ever searching for a sincere relationship with God will come to know the Truth He revealed to us through Jesus. If you kneel before Him in faith and ask Him to reveal all that you've said, done and thought that was displeasing to Him, he'll do it. A contrite heart that shudders at any hypocrisy before God will grow in His Love.
God bless all those who hear His Word and Obey. Please don't ever forget that He loves each and every one of us, it's only the choices that are contrary to His will that He dislikes (ie. sins). His mercy is unfailing, just talk to Him with honesty.

Masterbation is normal and healthy so if you want to do then go for it, dont listen to some of the idiots on here, you wont go to hell for enjoying the body that god gave you and discovering what turns you on

Thats a personal desicion you have to make on your own. I will say that the majority of people do it BUT if you are truly devoputed to your religion then you shouldn't do it because you will always feel guilty.
If you decide to keep doing it then PLEASE don't beat yourself up over it. Its a normal and NATURAL thing that the majority of the population does!

Go by the stronger force...for me, I would never consider it. I am a very religious Christian and do not support that act. However, as we do live in a free nation, it is completely your decision and no one can make it for you.

I am female but according to friends and my hubby there is no reason why you shouldn't, it's not bad for your health and it's a very private matter so keep it that way and do what your body is telling you
