I'm actually the same way..lol..im free with what i talk about and some times i dont realise maybe i shouldnt be going into such grafic detale on some subjects..some things are just not appropriate to talk about with some people..lol. Its a matter of thinkin before you speak wich i sometimes have a hard time with and you can see it on a persons face like "i cant believe you just said that!" look..lol.
So i guess i cant really give any advice on this subject really besides some times you just have to think before you speak and maybe control what comes out of your mouth..lol unless whom ever your with dont mind you being so open.

I think it's a very good thing to be open-minded and unafraid to discuss delicate subjects, but you should consider the audience before doing so. What's the sense of outraging the elders? Also, your open attitude could be a clue to you about what career path you could pursue. Maybe you could work at Planned Parenthood and talk about difficult subjects with teenagers or in another area requiring an open mind.

Speaking bout sex ain't a bad thing
it depends wot kinda frnds u have may ur frnds are wee bit uncomfy to participate withu on this topic.
Its not wrong but too much insistence on these lines may send bad vibes bout oneself.

Ur bold and flamboyant person dats an encouraging sign ur clear .. u speak ur mind
nutthin wrong.

This is really a decision you have to make yourself. However I would say speaking your mind is not a bad thing... but knowing when you should stop is a skill we all have to learn. Like say going to eat with your boyfriends family and they start talking about sex and you start talking about your love life. Really you can say as much as you want about anything you want, it just depends on whether you feel like it might offend the people around you or not.

It is ok, just be yourself.

By the way tell you some jokes. It goes:

-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?

One more joke:

A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.

It can be. It depends on the person who you are talking to. It seems you feel safe on the web. Maybe you need to reevaluate your self. The other side is it is always a good idea to reach out when you need to.

No, that's neither good nor bad.

What IS bad is your butchering of the English language, if that is in fact the language in which you were attempting to communicate.

With that sentence structure, lack of punctuation, bad grammar and terrible spelling you think that you have the right to call anyone dumb if they don't understand you?
