Yes they do, but the idea of religion to them is more warped. In Ireland the IRA are Catholics (correct me if im wrong), Al Quedia is Muslim, Taliban are Muslim, Sikh Terrorism are sikh. I have provided you a link below which outlines terrost group worldwide.

They most likely do have a religion like for example Jihaad - personally I see it all as fighting and willingly dying for their religion they dont normally do it for any other reason.
