You might meet somebody who really loves you. But if you go, you might go and stand on your own, then leave on your own and you might go home and want to die.
I been there and done that.
Better off to go to a club with friends. Ask a workmate or someone you know - cousin, brother's friend etc if they feel like going to a pub to play pool / darts. That way you can get out to socialise.

Going alone can be boring. Take a friend to play pool or darts like grossman said. You won't be bored and you might even smile if you win a game. A sincere smile will be more attractive to the opposite sex than a gloomy loser sitting alone.

Dont go out alone esp at night anymore. Do you watch the news? So many missing people. I dont even attend churh alone after dark anymore Be caution even with a friend. Meet some of your neibors for a start, talk to some one you already know. Maybe a restraunt to start with attend reg. get to know their staff and close up to them. Hope this helps.Sunshine
