I have the tendency to gain weight very quickly. But I never tried any of the quick weight loss methods out there.
Recently has been able to maintain a healthy weight by eating right (more fish and lean meat, more fruits and veggies, moderate carbs, less junk foods, less red meat, less fats and drink plenty of water).
I've also started exercising regularly.

I've personally not tried Hoodia but a friend of mine just told me last night on the phone that she's been taking hoodia for a week and her comment was "Man, this stuff is AMAZING for helping to suppress the appetite!" so I'd assume it works well. She's only 15 lbs overweight though so this is a great plan for her. I, on the other hand, was 200 lbs as of July and am 5'6 so that's not a good thing. I've lost 30 lbs so far on the Cambridge Diet. It's alot like Medifast, which I'm seeing on an advertisement about every 10 minutes nowadays, but Cambridge is half the price, has been around for over 30 years, is healthy and comes with a money back guarantee. Website link is listed below for a good distributor if you're interested. It's not sold in stores. Most purchase online through an independent distributor who answers to the cambridge company.

Successful weight loss is not just about losing that excess fat, it's about keeping it off.
Diets, be they low fat, high protein, calories controlled don't work. As soon as you come off the diet the weight just starts piling on again.
Diets are just a short term fix. They are often boring and may not give your body the full range of nutrients it needs to keep you healthy. Diets do not provide a long term solution to your weight problems.
The key to successful weight loss - balancing blood sugar levels.

Only one person, so far, gets it. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you have to change your lifestyle. Eat to live, don't live to eat. Why spend all that money to lose weight and then put it back on again after you run out of money? Change the way you eat, save a lot of money in the process, and enjoy a healthy life. How hard is that to wrap your mind around?

This product is incredible. I started using the product and lost 10 pounds in 10 days and lost a total of 12 1/2 inches. It's great. My Pastor has been using the product too. He lost 41 pounds in 10 weeks. He went from a size 46 to a 40 pant size. It is really a wonderful product. If you decide to try the product, tell them you are Preferred Customer # TE053381. Give it a try. It's great!
