This is a good question!! I suffer exactly the same problem - i am afraid the answer is not too environmentally friendly. If you bake - use grease proof paper to keep tins clean, and use tinfoil to keep grill etc clean.
If you eat toast or similar - dont use a plate - use kitchen roll!!
Use the same mug twice if you are having the same drink!
If you don't like the above - get your partner or kids to do the washing up! why have a dog and bark yourself.

Try making what I call a Hobo meal. Using foil, strip of two long sheets. Spray pam on surface food will touch. Take hamburger patty enough for one serving. Add potatos carrots and onion. Season also. Seal up the foil really tight. Put on cooking sheet and pop into oven for 35-45 minutes. Wha laa perfect meal. U can also do this with fish, chicken.....Whatever the imagination and tastebuds rule.

when you are baking put aluminum foil down on the baking sheet. Its easy clean up... all you have to do is take it out and throw it away.
