I need to know because I think I am being too nice to my g/f and she is starting to abuse the kindness.

So how do I go about telling her. Do I lay down the law or is there a more subtle way. Should I play her at ther own game or will that make things worse. I can be a bastard she means that much too me.

You need to be who you are. Don't change for anyone. If she is abusing your kindness then you need to pull her to the side and tell her how you feel. Be firm when you tell her. Tell her that you love to treat her kindly and do things for her, but that you feel she is taking advantage of you. If she continues then you know what to do. You can find someone who will appreciate you for who you are and they way you are. Don't settle.

Continue being nice, even if that means they take advantage of you, coz in the end that will feel guilty. Coz if u are a generally nice person and its not in ur nature to be a bastard then dont coz that will only make you feel guilty. You seem like a really nice bloke. Take it easy and dont change ur personality for someone who is being really mean. Ride it out. She will come around.

Of Course! I'm a woman and i like nice guys. I think the issue with most humans is the problem of mistrust.
People have been so hurt that they begin to wonder whether people could still be nice. The moment they get a nice person, they suspect him/her of having an auterior motive.
I think the bestt hing is to keep doing what you feel is right irrespective of what others think or say.
And try to check your heart to be sure that you don't expect to much from the other person simply becuse you were nice to them.

It's all a huge game my friend, women want you to be something your not wether nice or a bastard.
They minipulate the situation, not always in a bad way and it can work to your advantage, you just need to know how to play the game.
As for the rules to this game, aahhhh, they'll change every day of your life.

Nice guys most definately. Romantic ones.... Lovely ones.... Ones that treat you like a princess..... but it also works both ways (well it should do.) It takes two for a relationship to work. It's not fair for one to take advantage. Don't be abused in this way. Talk to her and make her see that you are a nice person but you won't be treated like this. I hope you sort things out my friend. Firstly i dont think you should let her keep taking advantage of you. and as for nice and bad i think nice guys win everytime.you can only put up with so much from a bastard.

That does happen, its not right - but it does. Tell her you are not going to change b/c of her, she needs to quit taking advantage of you!
We really do want nice guys but alot are attracted to the bastards.
