Why asking if you had made up your mind?
oh.. while you are at it.. why dont you round out all the organizations that you would like to be a member of?? say Al-Qaeda??? also keep a tab on all the places you might want to blow up...!!

also, who said that Islam is the only true religion of god??? If you want to believe so then do it ...!!

This is a personal choice and if you think you really want to convert then you should go ahead.

All over the world people are converting to Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Paganism.....so what? All this is fine if its their personal choice and noone is forcing them. Never convert if anyone is forcing you and never ask anybody...just convert if you are really ok with that after carefully studing different religions.

....after all its your life!

Remember that if you are a Muslim then you cannot ever leave the religion. There is a case going on now in Malaysia where a Muslim woman fell in love with a Catholic man and wants to renounce her Islam to marry him. All the Islamic authorities in Malaysia want to hold her in Islam saying she cannot leave the religion. The Wall Street Journal had an article on her two weeks ago. So, yes, you can convert (freely), but you can't get out. You'll notice around the Islamic world that when they disagree among themselves, they have no authority to go to (there's no central authority, like a Pope), so they just kill each other.

I have to say that you should follow your heart, converting to another religion, because of friendly, influences, and such, is the wrong reason to convert to another religion. You have to know for yourself in your own heart and mind, if this will be the right decision for you. Take your time to think on it, but the bottom line is do you know Christ, and have you accepted him as your saviour in order to get to heaven, you must believe in Christ, in order to get to the Father. John 3:16 in the Holy Bible, check it out.

why do you care about what others might think of ,its your life ,your rule
if you truly accept Islam as atrue religion from god why do you ask ppl who are the slaves of god
you should do what you feel is right ,not cuz ppl think its right
anyway as i Muslim of course i will be happy if you become Muslim too but you should do it for yourself and don't turn your back to the truth
remember ,Islam is a gift from Allah ( the greatest gift ever ) but also needs commitments
may Allah bless you with knowledge and wisdom and show you the right path
peace ( salam)

There is no "registration" process for joining Islam. If you already know the basic teachings and you believe that God is one and Muhammad (pbuh) was the last prophet, then you're already a muslim. Surely God guides whom He pleases and Misguides whom He pleases. And he guides only those who're good at heart. And misguides those who choose to be evil. Peace be on you.

YES,It is a humble invitation to a truth, which is revealed by God (Allah-almighty) to the total mankind, up on Prophet Muhammad (Peace be up on Him) as revealed before on Prophets Moses (Mosa), Jesus (Isa) and other Prophets (Peace be up on them all). But now only 100% purely existing religion in this world is Islam! And only purely 100% existing revelation is Holy Qur'an All other revelations are corrupted! The only true God Allah-almighty/our creator/the creator of universe says in Qur'an (V51: 56) that "And I (Allah) created not the Jinn and Mankind except that they should worship Me (Allah alone)". As well as in (Qur'an 3:64) Allah says that "O people of the Scripture! Come to a Word that is Just between us (Muslim) and you, that we worship none but Allah (Alone), and that we associate no partners with Him (Allah), and that none of us shall take others as Lords (Gods) besides Allah. Then, if they turn away, say: Bear witness that we are Muslims (truly submitted/obeying to only-God)".

Islam is a total submission and worship to only Allah-almighty/only-God/our-Creator, Creator of universe, Self-sufficient- Master, whom all creatures need, He begets not, nor was He Begotten, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, 100%-Perfect, Eternal and there is none Co-equal or comparable unto Him-(Allah).

A voluntary relationship/submission to our Creator/Sustainer Allah in His Oneness with obedience (of His commands-Qur'an and teaching of Prophet Muhammad PBUH), and denouncing polytheism and its adherents to gain a peaceful/successful life in this world and Hereafter gain Paradise as well as protection from Hell-fire.
