i have read alot about people recomending alot for increasing their height by yoga...
i also had saw in some channel about the way to do it..
like standing straight and then rising your hand while inhaling, and then rising your hand down to reach your toe while exhaling..
i had done that for a month now..
and every time i done that i feel like my whole leg has been stretchen, and it feel good.
but does this really help?
and if yes, how many times should i make it?
