I have a huge DVD, audio CD and PS2 games collections. Over a period of time lot of them have finger smears, dust and scratches developed on their playing side. I have used some of those sprays, but the result was not satisfactory.

Does someone have used a product with successful positive results and if so can they share the product name, where they bought it from, its price and some www sites that I can go for to

I never used sprays that said that removes scrathes. I use silicone spray for the car, the one you spray your dashboard to make it look neat. And it gives outstanding results.

I take my damaged / scratched CDs to my local video rental store. They have a machine that cleans and polishes the surface. Their rental DVDs get abused and need 'repaired' often. They do this free for me, one or a few at a time. If you have many, they may charge a small fee. It is a professional machine and does a wonderful job.
