One thing to help me, is to remember that all of life is a matter of perception. If you think things are going to be bad, then you will be stressed out. If you keep in mind that no matter what happens, you will make it to the other side. All things happen for a reason. Sometimes you learn things, sometimes you will have a better understanding of things. Just breathe and count to 10.

RELAX : by listing to soothing songs.
Do meditation and Yoga. Orther wise spread a matress on
the floor and sit on it close ur eyes. listen to all the sounds around
u and inner thoughts and silence. Think of God. At least for 10 minutes.
Once u relax : ur 28day problem will be solved. Stress is reduced
ur weight also can be reduced. Stress is like blowing air in a balloon. Try.

Generally, everything causes stress. When you realize this, and its not easy because we imagine ourselves to be very self sufficient pick anti-stressers to apply to each stress. I live close to a indoor swimming pool andswim when I can and when I can't I will watch other swimmers. Interestingly enough I found watching students training to swim fast one of the best destresser. Primal scream theraphy is another good one. It takes real effort and skill to do it right and once you reach that right you can imagine that feeling to de-stress. Love making is another good one, h aving your feet in warm water, combing your hair, cuddling, you know just hugging intimately. Heres a good one, patting someone on the back physically relieves stress in both participants! Saying no when your expected to say yes. Smiling in public does wonders for others around you and it takes less facial muscles than frowning. Talking isn't one nor are drinking alcohol or smoking tobacco or another drug, speeding is one of the worse and following someone who is breaking the law can stress you out for the whole day, and they make stress pile up. Try going the speed limit and notice that you arrive whereever you were going only minutes slower and not stressed! Sitting and mentally telling your muscles individually to relax puts one back into their core calm. We really do have accrss. Oh and talk to that person who stresses you in a non-confrontational way, you know random acts of kindness really work.

The best thing 2 beat stress is 2 hav a cup of hot T or coffee.Then go out 2 some relaxing spot n jst b urself.N overall nothing can beat stress best like one's friends do.Jst hang out with ur frnds ur stress will b seen no where arnd u.

Try to get rid of whats stressing you out if thats possible. If not, when you feel stressed, take a walk, actually look at things, a tree, birds, people or whatever, consentrate on that, take deep breaths, & thank God, your alive.
