Spinach is top, but you need to eat something with Vitamin C at the same time as spinach holds onto its iron otherwise.
Other dark green vegetables like broccoli, but they have less iron nowadays than crops in the 1950's did, due to intensive farming
Red Meat is highest - so a rare steak is good
