He was born with the same weakness to sin.
Galatians 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—

Hebrews 4:15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are–yet was without sin.

Since Christ is God he could not have been stained with Adam's sin of course. And since Heaven dwells where Christ dwells, Mary could not have been born with original sin since Christ had to dwell in the womb of Mary. She could have only been completely pure and sinless to hold in her womb He who is Sinless.
Mary was not conceived in Sin. When the time Came, her parents Joachim and Ann went to the temple and were given a container which held the "seed" of Mary (which is what was in the Ark of the Covenant-which is why it was deadly for most to gaze into the Ark) and held this container with the "seed" and embraced in a non-sexual way. All humans would have been conceived in a similar way had our first parents not sinned. (See the Life of Christ by Ann Catherine Emmerick for more details).

The Bible is clear that Christ was born without sin. Everyone else, including Mary, was born with sin.

Christ was conceived without sin. "“And the angel said to her, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God.’ ” (Luke 1:35; cf. Mt 1:1825).

I believe that Jesus was as the Annointed (or Chosen) One, was free of original sin. There is absolutely NO was I can prove and substantiate this but I take it as faith and a matter of course in light of his Messiah position.

Aaaah. Sounds like a good Roman Catholic trying to build a case for his "Mary, mother of god, lived a perfect and sinless life" doctrine!

Won't wash. I can't fully explain the miracle of Jesus perfect birth so I won't even attempt it. His Father was God. That's all I need to know; the rest I'll take on faith.

Mary was born with sin in her, she was born through the sexual act of her parents, But God found favor with Mary because she was a virgin, therefore when God planted that seed into Mary, He did not plant it into Mary's original womb, But God also created a special womb in Mary to carry that seed of Jesus, Mary's Blood never went to Jesus though the ubelical cord to nourish Jesus, Mary's Blood stopped at the unbelical cord. & God supplied all the nutrients for Jesus, therfore Jesus was born without sin, because God created a special womb in Mary to carry Jesus & none of Mary's blood ever went through Jesus, & Jesus was concieved by The Holy Ghost without the sex act.

He wasn't. How God does the accounting for that we don't need to understand. The important thing is that He satisfies the Father's very astute sense of justice.
