yups from the Singapore Dairy Farm in lim chu kang. their fresh milk is available in all NTUC in a bottle with green words and a cow pic printed, but stock runs fast as its pretty limited. you can also follow the goat's milk link from the prev answer. i love singapore milk as i feel its fresher as it's made locally.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is any raw milk in Singapore. I don't think the government even allows that actually! I'm looking for it as well. Not even the goats milk is raw milk as it undergoes pastuerization and homogenisation process, and that basically kills off all the good bacteria as well.

So far, I've had raw milk ones in Malaysia - up in Cameron Highlands - but that's a bit far to get raw milk ...
