The best is to catch his eye for a couple seconds, then look away fast as if you were slightly embarassed, even if you weren't. To me that says 'come hither' without really being that forward at all. Just make sure that the looks you exchange with people are primarily with him. Then hit him up after class, when you actually have the chance to speak. I know this sounds simple but simple is the best I think.

step one ,- stare at him and when he looks at you smile and pretend to be shy then look down . by this you are showing him that you kinda dig him.
step two
when he looks at you ,you put yours eyes on his six pack or two pack whatever then go down and stare at his equipment( private part) and then look at his face with a look or smile that says he is hot and he is making you hotter.
step three
look aside and wait for him too flirt back. remember keep an eye on him and make sure he sees these looks and i guarantee you will get more than flirting.

Sit in a desk that is behind him and in the opposite isle, probably 2 desks back. Wear a shohrt skirt and skimpy panties, when he turns to look at you open your legs and smile!!!!
That should get his attention.
