Make sure you have enough fibre in your diet. Those cereals that look like rabbit food ie Albran eaten daily work a treat. Lots of fruit will make you go. If all else fails get to the chemist and get yourself some dulcolax.

Clogged bowels huh? Try eating more roughage, heaps of vegetables, especially cabbage, you might fart a bit more, but will definitely improve the passing of stools. Porridge in the morning or bran will help heaps, and eat some fruit during the day. There is an old saying that covers this issue "an apple a day, keeps the doctor away". A teaspoon of syllium husk added to your breakfast cereal will also make you regular, and is natural. It is also important to ensure you drink at least 2 litres of water each day.

If it's that long, you might want to take some laxatives, but generally food high in fibre does the trick. The cells walls in vegetables and oats and stuff like that are made from cellulose which is indijestable by us so it passes through our system straight to the throne!. Also every morning when you wake up, try drinking two large cups of water and you'll go in 5 minutes. I works for me, have a great poop!

You need to increase your fibre. Look for a product like Metamucil in your country (which is pure fibre that you mix with water and drink). I suggest you start eating things like bran flakes, or prunes. Soft boiled eggs always clean me out when I eat them (within about 1 to 2 hours).

Fiber One cereal:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x a day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Note: This keeps you very regular (bms)
