Take an "English as a Foreign Language" course at a college. The British Council can help with this as well.
Living in an English speaking country for some time is the only way you are likely to be able to speak like a "native".

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

I think the best thing to be a native speaker, is to live with others who take this language, the next best thing is to watch broadcasing from their TV, and last to take spoken english courses... :)

a native speaker means that is your first language. Aspiring to be a native speaker is impossible! You can try to become fluent, but never a native speaker.

Please, when it comes to watching TV shows, watch the news for a better way of pronunciation. Reality shows and other garbage are too full of slang. Slang has its place of course, but slang evolves. Stick with tried and true.
