do regular exercises. start with the easy ones such as walking or jogging. a well-balanced diet would help too. eat more protein and less carbs, salt and fat. :)

Drink a lot of water, to flush any excess sodium or water retention out of your system. Take your weight, divide by two, and drink that many ounces of water a day.

Other than water weight, you really can't lose that much weight in a week. Your body can only lose about 1% of your total body weight a week in actual fat. Anything higher is probably just water, or even muscle if you are being too unhealthy about it.

Just eat a healthy, balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein with a little bit of healthy fat added in (olive oil, for instance, or avocado). Do some sort of cardiovascular exercise every day, like a long walk or bike ride, for at least 30 minutes. Really get your heart rate up.

You'd basically have to fast to loose that much that quickly. Only drinking liquids. My husband fasted with I think what was called the "Hollywood diet" way back when. All it was was this juice he bought for like 14 dollars. He had a certain weight to make before he could go back into the military. It was terrible. He was so cranky but the military weighed him 3 days later or so and he made it. I believe he lost 6-7 lbs. You could also try buying one of those black looking sweat suits (boxers use em). They look like trash bags and work out in em. That will get rid of alot of water weight temporarily. Prepare for stretch marks though if you're going to try and loose that quickly, HTH

5-10 lbs. in one week is much too much and can be dangerous
21/2 lbs./wk. at the most is healthy. You can do this with exercise
such as walking maybe a mile a day and reducing food portions.

Losing weight is difficult. But here I am introducing you some tips to lose a small amount of weight in a healthy that that is also within a week.

Steps to losing weight fast


* Get a set of small hand weights, 3, 5 or 8 lbs.

* Do five to ten minutes of weight lifting for a half an hour after each meal. Lie on your back and slowly lift yourself up with weights in each hand. Do this daily for the full seven days.

* It is a shown fact that one of the "weight loss tips" is not true, many of us believe that if we eat late at night the food turns directly into fat. This is only a myth, food is stored all day into fat, it has nothing to do with time. Make sure you eat a lot of protein, this is important because if you don't have enough protein in your diet you will lose muscle and not fat.(Muscle will be burned but not as much).And finally have fun with it! Make up a dance or jump rope to music, getting active doesn’t mean boot camp!
